The initial charge will result in a diagnosis and either a no obligation quote and timescale, or an entire fix.

It depends whether its a simple problem or something that requires more drastic surgery

In the unlikely event that I can't diagnose the problem I'll contact you offering the option of a refund or a deeper investigation.

Please follow these steps:

1. Create a new admin user on your site with the email address: emergency@thewpnurse.com and the username 'nursey'
2. Fill out the form to let me know what's going on
3. Pay the initial diagnosis fee

If your site is down I may need access to your server to find the problem, in which case I'll email you for your login details.

High urgency level will be treated by the end of the next working day, Low urgency within 5 working days.
