Of course! For a site that we didn’t build we charge an initial setup fee of £248 so we can get to know your site inside and out, as well as making sure it keeps to our high standards for security, speed, accessibility and email deliverability

It’s no problem. We deal with security issues, speed it up and sort out your site email deliverability as part of the initial setup check. We will also give you a quote if accessibility remediation is needed

All plans include time for small, occasional changes to text (e.g. date changes) but this is discretionary and does not include regular tasks like blog posts. However, if you do need regular extras you can add time to your contract in 30 minute increments, with a 20% discount on our usual rates

No problem! You get a 10% discount on my hourly rate for any extra work we carry out – Or you can add regular hours to your contract at a 20% discount

Not officially, but in practice we rarely charge for occasional short phone calls of less than 10 minutes. Zoom meetings can be booked in advance at a discounted client rate of -20%. In practice you will get faster and more detailed attention if you send a quick email.
